nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in speaking with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers and can generate, develop and convert business opportunities.
nThe role involves B2B lead generation, cold calling, warm lead follow-up, LinkedIn prospecting, relationship building, book sales and appointment generation for BROC's business books, coaching, consulting and other business solutions.
nThis is a target-driven sales role and requires someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, having sales conversations, handling objections and following up consistently to achieve conversions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases and other prospecting channels.n
- Identify and connect with founders, promoters, business owners, CXOs, doctors and senior professionals.n
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate sales and business opportunities.n
- Follow up with warm leads generated through Email, WhatsApp,



Google Forms, Meta campaigns, LinkedIn and other marketing initiatives.n
- Introduce, explain and sell BROC's business books — The Business Framework and Business Alchemy.n
- Engage prospects through phone, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach.n
- Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities for 1-to-1 Coaching, Group Coaching, Consulting, Training and Advisory Services.n
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Business Coaches/Consultants.n
- Handle basic objections and move prospects towards a sale, appointment or next step.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.n
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or introduce relevant BROC services based on prospect requirements.n
- Maintain accurate lead records, conversations, follow-ups and pipeline status in the CRM.n
- Track sales activities, book sales, meetings, qualified leads
