nShaktiDB is IITM Pravartak's indigenous, PostgreSQL-based enterprise database platform, built for government, financial services and other mission-critical environments.

nWe are looking for a Business Development Director who can lead that journey - build the market, open doors, create strategic relationships and, most importantly, win significant enterprise and government customers.

- A robust track record of winning large enterprise technology / solution dealsn
- The ability to engage CXOs, technology leaders and senior government stakeholdersn
- Experience in databases, infrastructure, cloud or enterprise software - highly relevantn
- Government / PSU sales experience - a strong advantagen
- A highly collaborative style and strong achievement orientationn
- The entrepreneurial drive to build a business, not merely manage a sales functionn
