ABOUT THE GLOBAL VOICE

nThe Global Voice is an independent media house, built out of Goa, covering the world for a global English-speaking audience from an Indian perspective.
n

nWe built TGV because most global coverage of the world runs through a Western lens by default. We think India has a distinct, credible point of view on how the world works, and that view deserves a serious, well-run publication, not just a page that posts headlines.
n

nThis is an in-office role. You'll be running our social media presence end to end, writing the copy, building the creative, editing simple videos, running paid campaigns, and appearing on camera when a story needs a face on it. This isn't a role where you hand off the creative to someone else and just schedule posts.
n

nSince there's no way to share links through this application, add links to your published work, campaigns you've run, or writing samples directly in your resume before applying. Applications without proof of work will not be considered.

nSALARY: 3.6 LPA,



along with performance-based incentives
nEXPERIENCE: 2–4 years
nWork from Office: 6 days (in Goa).

nThis is an on-site role, there is no-hybrid/remote work option.
n

nThis role is not open to freshers directly. Every fresher joins through a 2-month paid internship first, with a real shot at converting to full time based on performance.

nWHAT YOU WILL DO

- Reserach and write copy for social posts, captions, scripts, and campaigns across platforms, in a voice that sounds like The Global Voice, not a templaten
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns, budgeting, targeting, creative testing, and reporting on what's actually workingn
- Design simple graphics and edit short-form video for reels and social contentn
- Go on camera when a story calls for it, explaining or reacting to news in your own wordsn
- Track platform performance and adjust strategy based on what's actually landing with the audience, not j
