We are looking for an IT Sales & Lead Development Specialist who can identify potential organizations, connect with senior technology decision-makers,



generate qualified opportunities and arrange web meetings/calls with decision-makers.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B IT lead generation, outbound sales, prospecting and appointment setting, primarily targeting companies in the USA.
You will identify organizations that may require IT professionals, technology consulting or project-based services, engage with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Engineering Directors, Technology Managers, Procurement Managers, HR/TA leaders and Business Owners, understand their requirements and schedule qualified online meetings for the Datamatix team.
This is a remote-first startup setting where you will work closely with experienced remote-based IT consultants and technology experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients primarily in the USA market.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified companies and decision-makers.
