NWe're looking for a senior business leader who knows how to build, grow and close.
NSomeone who comes with a strong background in sales, new business, brand solutions, business development or agency growth, and is comfortable working with ambitious revenue targets.
NAt Tonic, this person will play a key role in taking the business forward, identifying new opportunities, building senior client relationships and turning conversations into meaningful mandates.
NWhat you'll be doing

- Own and drive new business and revenue growth across Tonic's 360° marketing capabilities. N
- Build a strong pipelinethrough new client acquisition, relationships, referrals and proactive outreach. N
- Lead pitches and business conversations from the first conversation to closure. N
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and build larger, integrated mandates. N
- Work closely with strategy, creative, media, influencer and other teams to develop compelling brand solutions. N




- Build and maintain relationships with senior marketing and business leaders. N
- Own business targets and be accountable for delivering against them. N
- Bring a strong understanding of the agency ecosystem, brands and what makes a proposition commercially relevant. N
- Help shape the next phase of Tonic's business growth. N

nWhat we're lookingfor

- n
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, brand solutions, agency growth or a similar role. N
- Robust track record of meeting or exceeding revenue / business targets. N
- Experience selling integrated or 360° marketing solutions is highly preferred. N
- Strong understanding ofthe advertising, marketing, digital, media or agency ecosystem. N
- Excellent pitch, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills. N
- A builder's mindset. Someone who sees opportunities, creates conversations and knows how to turn them into business. N
