nJob Title: SAP FICO Consultant (RTR)

nResponsibilities

- Lead design and implementation of SAP FI/CO and RTR solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Product Costing, PCA, and COPA.n
- Drive blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis, and end‐to‐end solution mappingn
- Create detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and process flow diagramsn
- Ensure alignment with global financial processes, statutory requirements, and compliance standardsn
- Take ownership of delivery across all phases: design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercaren
- Manage and guide cross-functional teams including FI, CO, Integration, ABAP, and Data teamsn
- Lead RTR process standardization across global entities and business unitsn
- Drive governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and progress reporting to leadershipn




- Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes aligned with project scope, timeline, and budgetn
- Design and optimize closing cycles, reconciliations, reporting frameworks, and financial controls.n
- Define KPIs and ensure process adherence through automation and SAP best practices.n
- Perform hands-on SAP configurationn
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.n
- Design and execute cutover strategies, data migration validation, and readiness plans.n
- Lead go-live activities and provide stabilization support.n
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFO organization, Finance Controllers, and Business Process Owners.n
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.n
- Facilitate cross‐functional collaboration across IT, business, and global delivery teams.n
