nTo deliver high-quality inquiry-based education aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering academic excellence, global citizenship, and holistic development in young learners.
nKey Responsibilities

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP curriculum and inquiry cyclesn
- Design and implement Units of Inquiry (UOI) integrating transdisciplinary themesn
- Use diverse teaching strategies to support differentiated learningn
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentn
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategiesn
- Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and reportsn
- Collaborate with PYP coordinators and teaching teams for curriculum planningn
- Integrate ATL skills, learner profile attributes, and international mindednessn
- Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and conferencesn




- Participate in school events, professional development, and IB trainingn
- Uphold IB standards, school policies, and safeguarding guidelinesn

nRequired Qualifications & Skills
n
- n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant subjectn
- IB PYP training or experience preferredn
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (PYP experience an advantage)n
- Solid understanding of inquiry-based learningn
- Excellent classroom management and communication skillsn
- Passion for early childhood/primary educationn
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital toolsn
