- Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers,n
- Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations,n
- Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues,n
- Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel,n
- Responsible and accountable for service deliverables,n
- Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary,n
- Control the flow of incoming calls for in office support of services,n
- Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given guidelines,n




- Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls,n
- Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gaps,n
- Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk-in customers,n
- Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needsn
