- Propose new programs and initiatives to key business leadersn
- Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards; analyze results and develop action plans to ensure Birlasoft has a best in class CSR programn
- Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budgetn
- Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environmentn
- Monitor, Develop, analyze and evaluate the impact, resource requirements and cost/benefit of new programsn
- Meeting annual CSR compliance and reporting stakeholders on regular basisn
- Conducting research into best practicen
