nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive quality standards and ensure consistent process adherencen
- Monitor and improve Quality, CSAT, Compliance & Customer Experience metricsn
- Conduct regular quality audits and identify improvement opportunitiesn
- Lead calibration sessions and provide actionable feedbackn
- Coach and mentor quality analysts to enhance performancen
- Identify process gaps and implement effective corrective action plansn
- Partner with Operations and Training teams to drive continuous improvementn




- Prepare and present quality performance reports and insights to stakeholdersn

nWhat We're Looking For:

- n
- Relevant experience in International BPO / E-Commerce / Chat Processn
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Managementn
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsn
- Robust understanding of quality frameworks, audits, and process compliancen
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive performance improvementn
- Comfortable working in rotational shiftsn
