nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a polished, results-driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales presentations, and coordinate with the team for our ultra-luxury residential development(s). The ideal candidate understands the luxury buyer and can represent the brand with the sophistication the segment demands.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, brokers, and channel partnersn
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and site/show-apartment walkthroughs, articulating the project's design, specifications, and value propositionn
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally to drive closuresn
- Work closely with the sales, CRM, and pre-sales teams to align on targets, lead allocation, and follow-upsn




- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and pipeline status, and prepare regular sales reportsn
- Coordinate documentation, booking formalities, and liaise with legal/finance for agreement executionn
- Stay updated on luxury real estate market trends and competitor projects, sharing insights with leadershipn

nCandidate Profile

- n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plusn
- 4+ years in real estate sales, preferably with luxury/ultra-luxury residential exposuren
- Proven track record managing HNI/UHNI clients and closing high-value transactionsn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a polished, qualified demeanourn
- Strong coordination and follow-up discipline; comfortable with target-driven timelinesn
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Officen
