nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead development efforts on the ELERA POS (Point of Sale) Flutter application. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter/Dart development, architectural design skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for a complex enterprise POS system.

- Design and develop scalable Flutter solutions for complex POS featuresn
- Lead technical discussions with external stakeholders and local team.n
- Review and approve code from team members, ensuring quality and consistencyn
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecksn
- Participate in planning and estimations.n
