nIntegration Development: Develop, maintain, and support Workday Integrations,
nheavily utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and Cloud Connectors.
n● Advanced Reporting: Design, build, and support custom Workday Reports to meet
ncomplex business data requirements.
n● System Administration: Support ongoing Workday HRIS implementation, daily
nadministration, and system configuration.
n● Issue Resolution: Actively troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and data sync
nissues across various Workday modules.
n● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and UK stakeholders to
ngather technical requirements and implement system enhancements.
n● Release Management: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze bi-annual
nWorkday release updates to assess their impact on existing configurations.
n● System Health: Ensure optimal system performance, stability, and strict adherence to
nWorkday best practices.
