nSD-WAN, Enterprise Networking & Cloud Connectivity
nCustomer Experience & Executive Stakeholder Management
nCommercial Performance & Service Growth
nGlobal Onshore / Offshore Team Leadership




nManaging large-scale 24x7 global network operations
nLeading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams
nManaging AVP / VP / CXO-level customer relationships and escalations
nDriving network transformation and modernization programs
nDelivering measurable improvements in MTTR, productivity, reliability, cost and customer experience
nBuilding automation and AIOps-led operational models
nManaging complex multi-vendor telecom and enterprise network environments
nStrong understanding of IP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching and cloud connectivity
nDriving governance, service quality and commercial outcomes
