- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end user support,resolving issues quickly and ensuring a smooth user experiencen
- Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixesn
- Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flowsn
- Work within a complex Dynamics workplace with custom logic, integrations, and Power Platform components, ensuring stability and consistency across teamsn
- Perform data maintenance and bulk operations using tools such as Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate to support accuracy and data integrityn
- Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements, releases, and system updatesn
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements,



recommend solutions, and ensure CRM functionality aligns with business needsn

- Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in complex or large-scale environmentsn
- Strong troubleshooting skills across CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, integrations and related processesn
- Handon experience with data import/export tools and data maintenance best practicesn
- Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)n
- Familiarity with Zapier Zap automated workflow is a nice to haven
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and man
