nAre you a Mechanical Engineer who wants to solve real industrial problems — not just sell products?
nPermaweld works with refineries, steel plants and continuous process industries, providing specialized steam-based, high-pressure components designed for extreme heat, pressure and corrosive environments.
nThis is not typical sales.
nYou'll work directly with plant and maintenance teams to understand operating conditions, identify critical valves and equipment that require attention, and help customers develop the technical and commercial case for replacement.
nThe sales cycle can take months — so we're looking for someone who understands that good engineering solutions and strong customer relationships take time.
nWhat we're looking for

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineeringn
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experiencen
- Curiosity about why industrial equipment failsn
- Ability to ask the right technical questionsn
- Comfortable visiting industrial plants and speaking with engineersn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skillsn
- Willingness to travel and build long-term customer relationshipsn
nNo Valve Experience? No Problem.
nWe provide full technical training, so prior valve-industry experience is not required.
