nKey Responsibilities
nAMS Support & Incident Management
n
- n
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP C4C issuesn
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Sales & Service processes (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Tickets), UI issues, workflow failures, and business rule errorsn
- Handle SLA-based tickets using tools like ServiceNow / JIRA / Remedyn

nC4C Functional Support
n
- n
- Support end-to-end processes: Lead → Prospect → Quote → Order (integration to ECC), Service Ticket → Service Request → Resolutionn
- Manage: Business configuration (Fine-Tuning / Adaptation), Pricing, territory management, activity management, Service processes and SLA configurationsn

nIntegration with ECC
n
- n
- Support integration scenarios between C4C ↔ ECC: Master data replication (Customers, Materials, Pricing), Transactional data (Sales Orders, Quotes, Service Requests)n
- Troubleshoot: Middleware issues (SAP CPI / PI/PO), IDocs / Web services / OData APIsn
- Monitor and resolve message failures in: Communication Arrangements, Message Dashboardn





nEnhancements & Change Requests
n
- n
- Work on CRs and enhancements: UI adaptations (Key User Tools), Business rules and workflows, Custom fields and extensions.n
- Prepare functional specs and coordinate with technical teams (SDK / PDI)n

nData & Master Data Handling
n
- n
- Ensure consistency of: Business Partners / Customers, Products / Pricing datan
- Handle: Data replication issues, Data correction activitiesn

nTesting & Deployment
n
- n
- Perform: Unit Testing, Integration Testing (C4C ↔ ECC), UAT supportn
- Support release cycles and transport managementn

nDocumentation & Knowledge Management
n
- n
- Maintain: Functional documentation, KT materials, Configuration guidesn
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessionsn

nContinuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to: Improve user experience, Optimize business processes, Enhance integration stabilityn
