nDesignation: Programme Associate
nDepartment: MDP
nWe are looking for a competent Associate to undertake a variety of data related tasks like – maintaining department level data and ensuring accurate reporting, ensuring data integrity to support decision making process. Additionally, the role includes program management and program execution tasks.
nKey responsibilities will be –

- n
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.n
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality standards by ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.n
- Execution of assigned customer, partner & open programsn
- Ensure implementation of defined processes for the programn
- Assist with improvement of processes for the departmentn
- Accurate maintenance of database for customers and prospectsn
- Assist with calling leads of open programs if requiredn




- Ensure technology is adopted and used correctly for all operations for increased effectivenessn
- Plan and order study material, case studies, simulations etc as per the requirement of the programn
- Procurement of stationery and other operational necessities for the department.n
- Accurate data management & documentation for all executed programsn
- Support sales & marketing activities of the department as requiredn
- Provide regular feedback & updates on ongoing programs to the executive education team as requiredn

nEducation: Graduates and Postgraduates in any discipline. (Education in business administration preferred)
nExperience:
n
- n
- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in other academic institutes or Edtechn
- Knowledge of executive education business and operational processes.n
- Experience of working with faculty, vendors and corporate clients.n
