Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Lead UX/UI Developer with strong expertise in User Experience Design, Interface Design, and Front-End Development.
This role requires a unique blend of:
- UX strategy
- Hands-on UI development
- Leadership in design systems
- Team management
- Contemporary eCommerce experience (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, PWA)

You will lead both the design and front-end engineering efforts for enterprise-grade digital commerce solutions, collaborating with product managers, architects,



and global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of UI/UX and front-end experience, strong leadership abilities, and deep expertise in modern web technologies and design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI/UX designers and front-end developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, technical architects, and backend teams to align design and business goals.
- Conduct design and code reviews ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to UX/UI standards.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into actionable design strategies.
- Drive design vision, workflows, and best practices across all projects.
- Manage project estimations, sprint planning, and task breakdowns for the UI/UX team.
