nWhat You'll Do:

- Zscaler Administration N
- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA). N
- Support Zscaler PrivateAccess (ZPA) deployments. N
- Create and maintain security policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and application controls. N
- Manage cloud proxy configurations and VPN replacement initiatives. Operations & N
- Supportn
- Troubleshoot user connectivity and authentication issues. N
- Analyze logs and security events. N
- Support incident investigation and remediation. N
- Perform health checks and platform monitoring.



Security Governance N
- Implement web security and access control policies. N
- Support DLP, CASB, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust initiatives. N
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Implementation & Projects N
- Participate in onboarding applications and business units to Zscaler. N
- Assist with integrationof identity providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and LDAP. N
- Support migration from traditional VPN solutions to ZPA. Reporting & Documentation N
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards. N
- Maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical documents. N

nExpertise You'll Bring:

- 4-7 years of experience in Network Security, Proxy Security, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), VPN, or Cloud Security technologies. N
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). N
- Strong understanding ofURL Filtering, SSL Inspec
