- Enable and drive PS (People Solutions) deal closure within the Corporate Solutions Group (CSG).n
- Partner closely with Sales, PS Consulting, and Placement teams to support PS business acquisition, renewals, and expansions.n
- Act as a PS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Corporate Solutions Vertical, providing product, market, and structuring guidance across client engagements.n

- Work closely with CSG Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue PS prospects.n
- Support sales and consulting teams in developing compelling, competitive, and compliant employee perks proposals.n
- Lead and support PS pitch presentations for CSG prospects and strategic client opportunities.n
- Collaborate with PS Analytics teams to structure bespoke, data-driven client solutions.n
- Partner with the PS Placement team to ensure optimal product–price–market fit for client requirements.n
- Enable and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the PS product suite.n
