NJob Summary:
NResponsible for the voyage management of vessels assigned and support the Ops Team with record keeping and system related tasks as required. Backing up the Team in Pre-fixtures / Operational requirements during Lean hours,
to ensure smooth, efficient, and economical voyage execution.

- Assist the Chartering Department in collating the information required by customers during the pre-fixture negotiations. N
- To liaise and coordinate with Master / Brokers / Charterers, Agents, Internal departments on effective & to facilitate smooth execution of the voyage on a 24/7 basis. N
- Monitor voyage progress(Delivery/Redelivery notices, SOF, Off Hires, Claims) N
- Checking Bill of Ladingand preparing LOI N
- Liaising with accounting and preparing summary of outstanding, receivables. N
- Ensure timely collection of all receivables to improve cash flow. N
- Contest / defend and negotiate claims. N
- To ascertain that the vessel optimizes cargo intakes & to ensure vessel is sufficiently bunkered to perform the intended voyage with adequate safety margins. N
