In India, we operate through 9 exclusive Boutiques across metro cities.
NMain Purpose Managing theday-to-day retail store operations of the Lladró boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily responsible for Retail Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales.

- Achieve and exceed sales objective through effective sales strategies and execution. N
- Deliver exceptional customer service and elevated in-store experience aligned with luxury brand standards. N
- Ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines and VM standards. N
- Lead, Coach and motivate the team to enhance the performance and drive sales growth. N




- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clientele. N
- Build and manage the HNI client database ensuring accurate, updated and well-maintained customer information. N
- Develop Project sales opportunities through solid engagement with interior designers and architects. N
- Plan and execute weeklyand monthly sales initiatives ,ensuring effective implementation and achievement of desired results. N

nQualifications: Graduate/ Postgraduate – Degree / Diploma
NExperience: 6 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands or the hospitality industry, including 3+ years in a managerial position.
