Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Architecture to lead the architectural design function and provide strategic and technical direction for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
The role will involve leading architectural teams, managing multiple projects, ensuring design quality and consistency, developing architectural standards, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver complex projects successfully.
The ideal candidate should bring strong architectural expertise, leadership capabilities, project management experience, and exposure to complex projects across domestic and international markets.

Overall 15–20 years of experience in Architecture

15+ years of Architectural Design experience

10+ years of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience

15+ years of Project Management experience

15+ years of experience with Building Codes & Regulations

Strong experience leading and managing architectural design teams

Hands-on experience with modern architectural design and BIM software

Robust knowledge of architectural principles, construction practices, building codes, and regulations

Experience managing large-scale and complex architectural projects

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
