The International Sales Manager is responsible for expanding Tech Scout Labs’ presence in global markets through strategic business development, client acquisition, and partnership building. The role requires a deep understanding of industrial IoT solutions in sectors like fleet management, fuel automation, mining, and logistics, and the ability to drive growth across Africa, the Middle East, and other target geographies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify, pursue, and convert recent international business opportunities across targeted sectors and regions.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and solution offerings.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and direct clients.
- Represent Tech Scout Labs at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, technical presentations, to deal closure.
- Collaborate with solution and product teams to tailor offerings to international client requirements.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, track performance KPIs, and report sales forecasts to leadership.
- Coordinate with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with international trade, pricing, contract, and negotiation protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of B2B international sales experience, preferably in IoT, industrial automation, telematics, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in global markets (Africa, Middle East, or Southeast Asia preferred).
- Experience managing partner networks and enterprise clients in industrial domains.
