Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Marketing & Sales team. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals: Talent, Clients, and Capital




- Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
- Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events to generate leads

Email Campaign Management
- Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest
- Develop personalized messaging that effectively communicates Growqai’s value proposition across different verticals
- Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- A/B test different email approaches to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Appointment Setting & Scheduling
- Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadership
- Manage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal
