Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Bhilai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for leading teams to success. You will be responsible for facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
* Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile practices.
* Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on achieving sprint goals.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
* Ensure the team is delivering high-quality products on time.
* Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase productivity.
Required Skills and Experience
* 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
* Robust knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
