About the Role
We are looking for a performance marketing specialist with a proven track record of driving high-velocity user acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid channels at scale, combined with a growth hacker mindset and strong analytical rigor.



You'll own the full paid marketing funnel and directly contribute to our most critical charter: scaling aggressively across India, the US, and international markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage and own all paid channels to generate a continuous flow of leads
- Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, remarketing, video marketing, and other performance channels
- Manage monthly marketing budgets of at least INR 50 lakhs with disciplined ROI tracking
- Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for India, the US, and select international markets
- Own monthly acquisition targets for MQLs and SQLs, driving consistent pipeline growth
- Optimize landing pages for both mobile and desktop users to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met
- Plan, monitor, maintain, and report on monthly marketing budgets, performance data, and campaign insights
