What will you do every day?




We are looking for a Voice & AI Engineer to build and scale intelligent voice solutions for our customers.
In this role, you will work on voice bots, IVR flows, and AI-powered voice experiences, ensuring high reliability,
performance, and customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Customer Success teams to deliver voice solutions that
work well in real-world customer environments.
Roles & Responsibility
Build and maintain voice bots, IVR systems, and AI-driven call flows
Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI capabilities
Work on improving call accuracy, latency, and overall voice quality
Build backend services to support voice and AI workflows
• Integrate with telephony systems, CRMs, and third-party tools
• Debug and resolve voice-related issues in production
• Support customer implementations and feature rollouts
