The Role

We are seeking an analytical and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of our customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, running rapid experiments to scale our user base while maintaining a strict focus on ROI and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities

Performance Acquisition: Design, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta with strict budget control.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):



Run rigorous A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and email funnels to drive conversion rates.

SEO & Organic Growth: Partner with content and technical teams to scale organic search traffic and build sustainable top-of-funnel loops.

Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates) using analytics tools to identify bottlenecks.

Lifecycle Marketing: Design automated email nurturing sequences and user engagement campaigns to maximize retention and lifetime value.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 3+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech product companies.

Analytical Fluency: Deep proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL) and ad managers (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
