Job DescriptionThe Children's Garden School (TCG) is a progressive K–12 learning community in Nagpur, rooted in child-centered, inquiry-driven, experiential education. Children here learn through exploration, movement, projects, and real-world experiences - building the confidence, curiosity, and self-awareness they carry into the world. We teach the way children actually learn: by doing, questioning, and discovering, not by memorising.
NWe believe mathematics isa language, not just a subject - a way for children to explore patterns, logic, and the world around them. We're looking for a passionate Maths Educator and Atelierista to bring this vision to life through project-based, hands-on learning aligned with our Cambridge curriculum.

- Build and manage a vibrant Maths Atelier where children explore numbers, patterns, and logic through manipulative, real-world problems, and open-ended inquiry N
- Design interdisciplinary,



project-based maths experiences across kindergarten and primary years N
- Push children beyond procedural fluency toward genuine mathematical reasoning and conceptual depth N
- Integrate maths with storytelling, nature, design, and everyday experiences N
- Maintain documentation,portfolios, and parent engagement through Growth Conferences and Annual Reviews N

nWhat we're lookingfor:
NGraduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Education, or related field
NExperience with IB/IGCSE/CBSE curricula and curriculum-building
NLeadership or growth-project experience within a school
NA genuine passion for working with children in a progressive, high-energy setting
NLocation: Nagpur | Contract: 3 years | Salary discussed at interview
