This is a strategic marketing and communications leadership chance focused on building one of India’s most aspirational youth leadership opportunities. You will shape the Fellowship’s brand positioning, strengthen its visibility among purpose-driven young people, and drive high-quality applicant pipelines. The role combines brand strategy, digital marketing, storytelling, social media, campaign management, and performance analytics. You will work closely with program, partnerships, alumni, Fellows, and leadership teams to amplify the Fellowship’s reach and impact. A key focus will be leveraging AI-enabled marketing, automation, and data insights to improve personalization, efficiency, and conversion. The role offers significant ownership, team leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to a long-term education and youth leadership mission across India.





Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the Fellowship’s positioning and establish it as a top-of-mind opportunity for purpose-driven youth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize targeted online and offline recruitment campaigns designed to attract high-quality applicants and build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Lead storytelling and content initiatives, providing direction for videos, testimonials, impact stories, digital content, campaign assets, and other materials that authentically communicate the Fellowship experience.
- Manage the marketing budget strategically, monitoring campaign investments and continuously improving ROI, efficiency, and year-on-year performance.
- Lead social media strategy and execution to increase visibility, engagement, audience growth, and brand affinity among relevant youth audiences.
