We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of our software solutions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Technical Support
o Respond to and resolve software-related queries from clients via email or phone.
o Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating when necessary.
o Guide clients in using software features and functionalities effectively.

2. Software Configuration and Testing
o Assist in configuring software to meet client requirements.
o Test and replicate reported issues for resolution or escalation to the development team.

3. Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and reported issues in the ticketing system.
o Prepare user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.




o Provide feedback to the product team regarding common user challenges and feature requests.

4. Training and Onboarding of New Clients
o Conduct user training sessions and onboarding for current clients.
o Create and deliver presentations or webinars for client training.

5. Collaboration
o Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues.
o Coordinate with the sales team to understand client-specific needs and expectations.

Qualifications:-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a software support or similar role preferably in IoT Domain. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications.
o Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and APIs is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
