About the Role

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process / Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through voice calls professionally and efficiently.

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome.

Education: High School Diploma / 10+2 or equivalent.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good computer proficiency.

Shift: Comfortable working in a pure night shift.

Location: Local candidates only who can report to the office.
