We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join the passionate Codingal team.





Job Details:
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
- Employment Type: Full time
- Working Days: 6 days working with one day week-off
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional experience to the customers across chat, Email, and call
- Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers
- Handle escalation tickets and resolve them within defined SLAs
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes
- Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Who You Are:
- Minimum 6 month of experience in customer support, BPO, or any client-facing role is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Comfortable with managing high volume of queries without dropping quality
