- Programme ownership: Own end-to-end delivery accountability for managed technology

- Client relationship management: Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client
Nstakeholders;
run steering reviews, present progress and risk registers, and proactively
Naddress issues before they escalate.

- Team leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional pods comprising software
Nengineers, data engineers, BAs, QA specialists, and scrum masters;
sustain team velocity
Nwhile managing attrition and bench gaps.

- Agile and scrum governance: Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release
Nceremonies across one or more scrum teams;
coach scrum masters andenforce agile
Nhygiene without being dogmatic about process.

- Technical oversight: Partner with tech leads on architecture decisions, code quality

and technical debt management;
review delivery estimates and call out scope or
Ntimeline risks grounded in engineering reality.

- SDLC and AIDLC governance: Apply a working command of software development
Nlifecycle (SDLC) disciplines — requirements, design, build, test, release, and maintenance
N— and their AI-augmented equivalents (AIDLC), including model development pipelines,
Ndata validation gates, and responsible-AI checkpoints;
ensure the team's operating rhythm
Nand tooling reflect the right lifecycle model for each workstream.

- Delivery metrics and reporting: Define, track, and publish delivery KPIs — velocity, defect
Ndensity, release frequency, client CSAT — and use data to drive continuous improvement.

- Risk and dependency management: Maintain an active risk and issue log;
own the
nescalation path for blockers that cross team or client boundaries;
