What we look for

- Email Development Expertise:
- Experience with email-specific HTML coding (e.g., knowledge of quirks in rendering across email clients like Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail).
- Familiarity with email design and coding standards (e.g., using table layouts instead of divs for compatibility).
- Experience with Stensul:
- Direct experience with the Stensul platform. Look for keywords like "email creation platform," "Stensul templates," or "modular email design."
- If no Stensul experience, check for experience with other email template builders (e.g., Litmus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo).
- Testing and Debugging Skills:




- Experience using tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar platforms for email testing.
- Ability to debug rendering issues across various devices and email clients.
- Responsive Design Skills:
- Experience with media queries and ensuring emails render well on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement email designs that are visually appealing and functional.
- Other Skills:
- Experience with AMP for Email or interactive email elements.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
