The Relationship Manager – Emerging Markets will be the primary liaison between USGI Legal Entity and its clients in high‑growth regions. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing partnerships, and navigate complex regulatory environments. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute relationship strategies for key clients in emerging markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of regional trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and product teams to tailor solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Represent USGI at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor junior staff and share best practices across the Emerging Markets department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, International Relations, or related field.
- 1+ years of relationship management or business development experience in emerging markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client bases.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and cultural nuances in target regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and rapid adaptation.
- High level of dedication and resilience when facing complex challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
