Accountabilities

Design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys using digital data across MarTech platforms and omnichannel/O2O strategies.

Translate client marketing and business objectives into actionable technical solutions and effective customer experiences.

Provide MarTech consulting and advise clients on how different technologies and platforms can work together to achieve business and marketing goals.

Identify opportunities, requirements, and areas for improvement that can help clients address marketing challenges and strengthen their digital maturity.

Lead consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across a range of MarTech tools and platforms.
