About Position:
nWe are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant / Dev Lead with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have robust functional knowledge of Finance, O2C (Order to Cash), and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes, along with hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise business applications.

nWhat You'll Do:

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into D365 Finance and Operations solutions.n
- Configure and support D365 modules related to Finance, O2C, and P2P business processes.n
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.n
- Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best-fit business solutions.n
- Support implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation initiatives within D365 environments.n




- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.n
- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, user stories, and solution documentation.n
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and release validation.n
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.n
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security requirements, and compliance standards.n
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.n
- Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities.n
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and operational support to business teams.n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.n
- Contribute to continuous improvement, reusable assets, and best practices across D365 projects.
