We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead Consultant with 10+ years of domain expertise to drive the design, implementation, governance, and support of our Human Capital Management landscape for project.
In this role, you will act as the principal solution architect and team lead, bridging business requirements with SAP technical capabilities. You will bring rich SAP HCM Functional Knowledge to design end to end HR processes, build critical interfaces (especially Time & Attendance), lead custom report development, and guide our S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between HR business stakeholders and IT technical teams, overseeing end to end module configuration, cross system integrations, data flows, and team leadership.
