We're looking for our first operations hire to build the operational backbone of the company.

What we offer
- 15-18 LPA
- 0.5-1% equity

In this role, you'll own
- Building contributor supply: Find reliable contributors across languages and cities, experimenting with acquisition channels, partnerships, and paid campaigns — while maintaining diversity across contributors and data sources.
- Managing contributors: Maintain a large workforce of contributors, recording studios, and reviewers across languages and cities, so that any current project can start immediately.




- Running operations: Own contributor operations end-to-end, including scheduling, payouts, and improving operational efficiency and margins
- Design the production pipeline: Work with engineering towards a system that scales recording throughput without sacrificing quality, and gives you visibility into every hour of audio recorded, verified, rejected, and delivered.
- Build systems, not spreadsheets: As Annote grows, manual operations should disappear. You'll be expected to identify bottlenecks, design processes, work closely with engineering to automate repetitive work, and build systems that scale from dozens to thousands of contributors.
