What you will be doing?
We're seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven individual to join us Founders’ Office - Product Growth & Ops. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders to drive product adoption, optimize user experience, and scale our operations. The role is perfect for someone who wants to experience building a high-growth consumer tech startup from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Product Growth
- Own key product metrics and drive continuous improvement in user activation, retention and revenue
- Design and execute growth experiments across the user journey
- Build and optimize our product analytics infrastructure
- Work with engineering to implement product improvements based on user feedback and data
- Create and optimize user onboarding flows to improve conversion
Operations
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes
- Own key operational metrics and reporting
- Coordinate with alumni mentors and admission experts
- Manage customer support and success operations
- Drive improvements in user satisfaction and NPS
Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives and planning
- Help define and track company OKRs
- Analyze market opportunities and competition
What makes you a great fit?
- 2+ years of experience in product, growth, or operations roles at high-growth startups
- Solid analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellence in cross-functional project management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience with edtech or consumer products is a plus
