Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions with a primary focus on ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management.
- Configure and enhance ESG capabilities including Metric Definitions, Data Collection, ESG Reporting, Disclosure Frameworks, Goals & Targets, Attestations, and Sustainability Program Management.
- Develop and support Health & Safety processes including Incident Reporting, Investigations, Corrective Actions, Safety Observations, Hazard Management, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Configure and enhance Audit Management capabilities including Audit Planning, Audit Engagements, Findings, Recommendations, Action Tracking, and Remediation Management.
- Develop workflows, integrations, APIs, dashboards,



reports, workspaces, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Leverage AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and solution design artifacts.

Qualification / Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management applications.
