Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Anto Jose, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilities

* Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies.
* Manage end-to-end digital projects.
* Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
* Maintain and manage all our social media channels.
* Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams.
* Suggest and implement direct marketing methods.
* Suggest strategies and methods for improvement.
* Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies.




* Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.
Requirements

* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
* Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
* Skills and experience in creative content writing.
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
Experience

The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of successful campaign management and SEO strategies.
