Job Summary




- Provide a People focused approach to Technology Leadership. Apply department/enterprise business knowledge to ensure value alignment. Accountable for the delivery and support of solutions and services that are technically and functionally solid, well integrated, comply with technical strategy, and meet or exceed Customer requirements.
- As a Manager Technology – Content Supply Chain Omnichannel Infrastructure, Content Delivery & Innovation, you’ll lead the engineering capability that powers Southwest’s Content Supply Chain across cloud, CMS, platform engineering, integrations, DevOps, and digital experience technologies.
- You’ll lead a multidisciplinary engineering pod responsible for building secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that support enterprise , digital experiences, eCommerce, and future omnichannel marketing experiences – including, but not limited to web, app/mobile, email, push and SMS. Y
