We are looking for an HR Business Partner – Performance Management who will own the end-to-end performance management function at Vahan AI. This role goes beyond running review cycles—you will be a strategic partner to Business Unit (BU) leaders, designing and implementing performance frameworks, OKR systems, and calibration processes that drive accountability, transparency, and growth across the organization. You will work closely with leadership teams across Sales, Tech, Operations, and Product to build performance rituals from the ground up, implement OKR/KRA management tools,



and facilitate performance calibration sessions that ensure fairness and high standards.
