As the Business Unit Head - BA Channel , you will be instrumental in leading the growth and success of our cosmetic brand from the ground up. Your role will involve strategizing and executing plans to drive significant revenue through the BA channel, ensuring that our brand achieves and surpasses its financial targets. Your expertise in the cosmetics industry and proven track record in managing substantial revenue streams will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build and grow the personal wellness brand from scratch.
- Lead initiatives to drive revenue through the BA channel,



ensuring targets over 100+ cr annually are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize revenue generation.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
