The Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of product and user acquisition. Someone who can identify product-driven growth opportunities, translate them into high-performing marketing strategies, and work hands-on with UA and creative teams to bring them to life.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will act as a bridge between the product team and marketing execution, combining deep product understanding with campaign strategy to accelerate growth for our casual puzzle games. You will analyze what makes our games resonate, study competitor strategies,



and craft marketing briefs that fuel creative production and campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prioritize product features, moments, and hooks that can be leveraged to drive user acquisition and retention growth.
- Analyze UA campaign performance across channels, working closely with the performance marketing team to optimize spend, creatives, and targeting.
- Conduct competitive analysis, deep-dive into competitor games, their ad creatives, store listings, and positioning to surface insights and opportunities.
- Create detailed marketing briefs grounded in product insights and competitive intelligence, and collaborate with the Motion Graphics Design (MGD) team to produce compelling ad creatives and assets.
- Define and refine growth loops by connecting in-game events, onboarding flows, and monetization milestones with external marketing touchpoints.
