Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Sales Engineer to support offline customer visits, quotation handling, reporting, coordination, and sales activities by strictly following company SOP, management instructions, and transparent reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers regularly for meetings, follow-up, and relationship management Handle customer communication and ensure timely follow-up activities Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records Support reporting, planning, and office coordination activities Follow the customer handling process and reporting SOP strictly Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal team members Maintain proper documentation, visit reports,



and communication records Ensure transparent and timely reporting to management Support problem-solving and coordination during project execution Follow strict discipline, communication process, and task management system Requirements & Skills
Basic technical understanding preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role Good presentation and email writing skills Accurate communication and coordination skills Strong planning and follow-up capability Strict discipline and transparent reporting mindset Problem-solving attitude and responsible work behavior Ability to follow company instructions and SOP strictly The Mindset We Value
